    Make your voice heard

The Beacon is compiling student voices on the Israel-Gaza War for our next print edition. What thoughts, feelings, and opinions on the conflict do you have—school-wide, locally, personally, globally—that you would like to express?

The conflict has heightened in the Middle East since October 7. Jackson-Reed has struggled to facilitate formal conversations among students, staff, and within classes. Many students haven’t gotten the forum they deserve to discuss the conflict and how it’s affecting them. The Beacon wants your voice to be heard. Please use the QR code or click here to share anything and everything you feel comfortable having published. Feel free to write as little or as much as you like, and if you wish to remain anonymous, that is always an option.

Also, we will display responses to this additional anonymous form (Scan the QR below or click this link) as an infographic in The Beacon’s March print edition.Your responses, reflecting the feelings of the student body on personal and community responses around the Israel-Gaza War, will also help The Beacon to enhance the representation of the student body.
