TOP TEN: Best lunch spots in Tenley

Addison Childre, Director of New Staff

1) Panera, our out of school cafeteria. You may see a few too many familiar faces, but I’m telling you the mac and cheese is always worth it.

2) Is it Tuesday yet? If so, it’s Taco Tuesdays at Bandit Taco, no if, ands, or buts. Half price tacos? Um, yes.

3) Eat during test corrections. Trust me (and the Martineau), you want to stay locked in…before it’s too late.

4) If you want actual food, possibly even with those scary vegetable things, then you should go to Seoul Spice. Their bowl calls my name at least once a week.

5) Drive home, take a nap, then come back. Who cares about third period?

6) Become a member of the Beacon and spend lunch in the Beacon office! Personally, I believe this is the best option.

7) Some say Angelico’s is the perfect lunch environment. If you’re a pizza fiend, go for it I guess—just not my cup of tea.

8) Brave the indigestion and get some fried rice from Mayflower, Tenleytown’s resident Chinese takeout place.

9) If you aren’t already banned from Whole Foods, go get yourself some sushi. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you. Don’t try to be sneaky, the security guards see it all.

10) Forget off campus and sit in the atrium with lunch from home. Ew.
